1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the gaul4d platform.

3. Eligibility Requirements

• Financial Responsibility: You must use only funds that belong to you personally. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal means, borrowed funds, or funds belonging to third parties. You accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through use of the Platform.
• Not Prohibited Person: You are not an employee, contractor, or relative of an employee of gaul4d or any associated game provider. You are not located in a jurisdiction where gaul4d is prohibited from offering services.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a gaul4d account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, residential address, and preferred payment method. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

During registration, you will create a unique username and secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gaul4d will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

gaul4d is required to verify the identity of all Users to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other illegal activities. You may be required to submit proof of identity (such as a government-issued ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership before you can make withdrawals from your account.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawal privileges. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored securely.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify gaul4d customer support immediately. gaul4d is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

gaul4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and other supported banks) and e-wallet services (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and other supported platforms). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance. gaul4d does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. gaul4d reserves the right to reverse any deposits originating from accounts not registered in the User's name and to close associated accounts.

5.2 Withdrawals

Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours, depending on payment method and account status. VIP tier members receive priority withdrawal processing.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. • One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus is allowed per player at any given time. Bonuses cannot be stacked or combined.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the gaul4d platform are governed by the specific rules of each game type (sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery). Game-specific rules are available within each game section or by contacting customer support. In the event of a dispute, the version of game rules published on the Platform at the time the bet was placed shall govern.

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error as determined by gaul4d in its sole discretion. You are responsible for verifying that all bet selections and stake amounts are correct before confirming your wager.

7.2 Sports Betting

Bets placed after an event has effectively been decided (such as after a goal has been scored but before odds have been updated) may be voided.

• Any form of chip dumping, match-fixing involvement, or insider betting based on non-public information

8. Limitations of Liability

gaul4d provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, gaul4d does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

gaul4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenues from betting activities
• Loss of data or account access due to technical failures
• Errors in odds calculation or game results caused by technical malfunction
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment provider issues
• Unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, server failure, or force majeure events
• Actions taken by third parties including but not limited to hacking, DDoS attacks, or other malicious activities

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. gaul4d is not responsible for any gambling-related financial losses. You agree to indemnify and hold gaul4d harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds gaul4d liable for any damages, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the incident giving rise to the liability claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

gaul4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal behavior
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward gaul4d staff or other players
• Extended period of account inactivity (typically 12 months or more)
• Request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of funds that were legitimately deposited and not derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 30 business days. gaul4d reserves the right to deduct any outstanding fees, charges, or amounts owed before processing the final withdrawal.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

For disputes involving larger amounts or involving questions of Platform-wide policy, gaul4d reserves the right to select the arbitration forum.

You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against gaul4d. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity only.
